Defendant appeals from a judgment of Conviction, after a jury verdict of murder in the first degree.
' Appellant, an' itinerant farm worker who apparently had a wife in Arizona, had been living with Cruz Almeras, a 19-year-old girl, for approximately six months prior to her death.
