Appellant was charged in an information containing two counts with assault with intent to commit murder and with the crime of burglary. The jury returned its verdict finding appellant guilty as charged, and also found that he was armed at the time of the commission of each offense. This appeal is prosecuted from the judgment of conviction, it being urged: (1) that the evidence is insufficient to sustain a conviction upon either count, “inasmuch as there was no proof as to the intent with which the shots were fired . . .
