¶ 1 Appellants Save Our Canyons and various individuals (collectively SOC) challenge the trial court’s order granting summary judgment to Appellees Board of Adjustment of Salt Lake County (the Board), Wasatch Pacific, Inc., and Terry Diehl (collectively Wasatch) and denying SOC’s motion for summary judgment.
