The matters involved in this appeal are (1) the construction of that portion of the will of General Jonathan *183A. Hill, which creates a trust fund for the education of his grandchildren, and (2) whether there has been an abuse of discretion by the trustees in the management of that trust.
General Hill died October 24, 1905, leaving to survive him his widow, Lucy M.‘ Hill, and five children, of whom the defendant George R. Hill is one. William W. Clark, the other defendant was his son-in-law.
