STAKELY, Justice.

This is an appeal from a decree of the equity court construing six trusts between living persons and ordering a reference to the register to ascertain and report with respect to a claim made by Robert I. Ingalls, Jr. in the amount of $51,747.56 for reimbursement for expenditures for the support and maintenance of the two minor appellants for a period beginning May 13, 1948 and ending December 31, 1949.
