This is an action for indemnity.

The plaintiff, Northwest Airlines, rented space in the terminal building of the Portland airport from the Port of Portland. The defendant, Crosetti Bros., contracted with the Port to perform the janitorial services for the terminal. A patron of the terminal fell on a foreign substance on the terminal floor at Northwest’s ticket counter. She brought an action against the parties in the present case and against the Port. That is the same litigation which was the genesis of St. Paul Fire & Marine Ins. Co. v. Crosetti Bros., Inc., 256 Or 576, 475 P2d 69 (1970).…
