This is an appeal from an order discharging a writ of habeas corpus and remanding relator to the custody of respondent as superintendent of the Minnesota State Eeformatory at St. Cloud.

On March 23,1939, an information charging relator, who was then 16 years of age, with the crime of robbery in the first degree was filed in the district court for Eamsey county. On March 24, 1939, he entered a plea of guilty and was sentenced to the state reformatory at St. Cloud for not less than five nor more than 40 years.
