State v. Kalkbrenner

The defendant, Perry R. Kalkbrenner, has petitioned this court for an order directing the proper authorities of Rice County to dispose of a criminal charge which he alleges jeopardizes his opportunity for parole from the State Prison. It is not clear from the record whether defendant is attempting to invoke the original jurisdiction of this court or whether it is his intention to appeal from an order of the municipal court of the city of Faribault.
