OPINION

MOORE, Circuit Judge.

After Thomas Richard (Richard) and Dacia Love (Love) were convicted on drug charges in state court, the United States initiated this civil forfeiture action against cash that had been found in safe deposit boxes bearing Richard’s and Love’s names. Richard and Love, who had entered claims for the seized property, now appeal from the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of the government.
