{1} At issue in this appeal is the appropriate damages available to Plaintiff under the Inspection of Public Records Act (IPRA), NMSA 1978, §§ 14-2-1 to -12 (1947, as amended through 2018), when she successfully proved that the New Mexico Attorney General's Office (AGO) failed to produce all *324 nonexempt records in response to her request to inspect public records and further failed to provide her with an explanation of why she was denied the right to inspect those records.
