R.M.W. appeals an order of the Pulaski County Circuit Court, Criminal Division, denying his motion to transfer his case to the circuit court, juvenile division, pursuant to Arkansas Code Annotated § 9-27-318 (Supp. 2005). He argues that the circuit court’s decision to try him as an adult is clearly erroneous in that the decision is not supported by clear and convincing evidence. We hold that the trial court was not clearly erroneous and that the decision is supported by clear and convincing evidence. Our jurisdiction is pursuant to Arkansas Supreme Court Rule 1-2…
