|,Appellant Robert Neal appeals from an order of the Jefferson County Circuit Court denying his motion to transfer his case to the juvenile division of the circuit court. He was charged by information on January 5, 2010, with thirteen counts of a class B felony terroristic act and one count of a class C felony criminal mischief for events occurring on November 5, 2009.
