The merchandise involved in this case, imported from Hong Kong, is described on the invoice as 52 percent polynosic and 48 percent cotton duck in the greige, in chief value of cotton. It was assessed with duty at l7y2 per centum ad valorem under item 328.12 of the Tariff Schedules of the United States, as woven fabrics in chief value of cotton containing man-made fibers, not fancy or figured, colored, whether or not bleached.
