Plaintiff Yatram Indergit, on behalf of himself and others similarly situated, asserts claims against Rite Aid Corporation, Rite Aid of New York, Inc., and Frank Offor (collectively, “Rite Aid”) for failure to compensate its store managers (“SMs”) for overtime hours in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 201 et seq. (“FLSA”) and the New York Labor Law §§ 650 et seq. (“NYLL”).
