On December 12, 2017, this Court issued an Opinion & Order (the "December 12 Order") denying iBestBargains, LLC's motions to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction and failure to state a claim. iBestBargains now moves for reconsideration of the December 12 Order under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 59(e) and separately, for certification of an interlocutory appeal under 28 U.S.C. § 1292.
