THE COURT.
Judge Thomas B. Fletcher of the Madera Superior Court has petitioned for review of the recommendation of the Commission on Judicial Performance (Commission) that we remove him from office for willful misconduct and “conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice that brings the judicial office into disrepute” (prejudicial misconduct). (Cal. Const., art. VI, § 18, former subd. (c) (former subdivision (c)), see now art. VI, § 18, subd.
