This is an original suit in this court, seeking to invoke the jurisdiction of the court to obtain a writ of prohibition. The relator alleges that he is a member of the municipal civil service commission of the city of Lorain, whose term of office does not expire until December 31, 1933, and that he is duly qualified and acting as such commissioner.
