This is an appeal by A. J.. Bristow, George E. Jahn, and Paul Meyer from the district, court of Coal county, where J. W. Carrigar and James Carri-gar obtained judgment against plaintiffs in error on an injunction bond in the sum of $800 for damages done them by reason of the wrongful issuance of a temporary restraining order-in a ease pending in the United States District Court for the Central District of the Indian Territory, and after statehood transferred to the district court of Coal county, Olda..
