EVERETT, Chief Judge:

Pursuant to his pleas of guilty, appellant was convicted of larceny by a military judge, sitting alone as a special court-martial at Fort Stewart, Georgia. See Article 121, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 921. The sentence was to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement at hard labor for 3 months, partial forfeitures for a like period, and reduction to the lowest enlisted grade.
