Defendant, Ronald Lee Smith, appeals the judgments of conviction entered upon jury verdicts finding him guilty of attempted aggravated robbery, second degree kidnapping, first degree sexual assault, second degree assault, aggravated robbery, and crime of violence. He also appeals the 160-year cumulative sentence imposed. We affirm the judgments of conviction, vacate the consecu tive nature of three of the sentences, and remand for further proceedings.
