Robert DeWayne Wolf here appeals his conviction of the crime of carnal knowledge of a seventeen-year-old girl.

On the evening of March 23, 1951, defendant and one or two other young men called for the prosecuting witness at her home in Renton Highlands, in King county. They then drove to Renton in defendant’s car. Here they met two more young men who had another car. The entire party then drove, in the two cars, to a cafe in Auburn, where they stopped for coffee.
