This case concerns enforcement of a subcontractor’s subrogation lien on real property. The dispositive questions before this Court are (1) whether the trial court’s finding that the property owner owed a gross payment deficiency to the general contractor was supported by competent evidence; (2) whether the trial court’s entry of judgment against the property owner in favor of the subcontractor pursuant to N.C.
