ORDER
NORGLE, District Judge.
Before the court are the motions of defendant Morency & Associates, Inc., d/b/a Morency, Weible & Sapa (“Morency”) to dismiss for failure to state a claim pursu ant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6) and to strike the complaint’s prayer for attorney’s fees pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(f). For reasons that follow, the court denies both motions.
