Defendant National Rural Letter Carriers’ Association (Union) has filed a motion for reconsideration of our Order of November 5, 1981, reported at 526 F.Supp. 151 (D.Minn.1981), denying summary judgment to the Union contending that we did not consider whether the plaintiff’s cause of action with respect to the Union was time barred.
