This matter is before the Court on a Motion to Strike filed by Defendant United States Postal Service (“Postal Service”) and on Motions for Summary Judgment 1 filed by Defendant Postal Service and Defendant Unions, The National Rural Letter Carriers’ Association and the Pennsylvania Rural Letter Carriers’ Association (“Unions”).
