The Sanitary District of Chicago filed a bill in the circuit court of Cook county against the Chicago Title and Trust Company to restrain the prosecution of an action of ejectment and an action of trespass on the case in the superior court of - Cook county and an action of assumpsit in the municipal court of Chicago, all brought by the trust company against the sanitary district. The trust company appeared, answered the bill and filed a cross-bill, which was answered.
