Writ of certiorari to review a decision of the Industrial Commission.

Bruce Cunning, employee-relator, Richard Walker, and David Bak*307ken, three young college students, were employed by the Department of Recreation and Parks, city of Hopkins, to do park maintenance work. The department was under the supervision of a Mr. Harris. Relator had been employed by the said department of the city in the winter of 1954 as skating-rink superintendent and annually thereafter between June and September.
