OPINION
ECKERSTROM, Judge.
¶ 1 Following a jury trial, appellant Reuben Cota was convicted of armed robbery, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon or dangerous instrument, and aggravated robbery. He was sentenced to concurrent prison terms, the longest of which was seven years, and the trial court entered a criminal restitution order. On appeal, he argues the court erred by holding an additional closing argument in his absence. Because Cota waived his presence at that argument, and because he has failed to show any resulting error or prejudice, we affirm his convictions and sentences.…
