This- is an original proceeding -before this court to review an order and award of the State- Industrial Commission- entered September 123, 1931, in favor of O. H. Goodwin, claimant herein.
The record discloses that claimant sustained an injury to his right hip and back while in the employ of Slkelly Oil Company, on May 26, 1926. On July 16th thereafter, a stipulation and receipt was executed whereby the claimant was paid $108 by his employer as compensation for his temporary total disability.
