Reversing.

W. E. Drennan and Allie Roberts were candidates at the November election, 1929, for the office of member .of the board of education of Caldwell county from educational division No. 3. By the official count, Drennan received 261 votes and Roberts 252. Drennan received the certificate of election, and Roberts filed contest. The case turns on precinct 3.
