Reversing.

This is an election contest brought to us by J. P. Hodges (the Democratic nominee) who complains that the appellee, Eugene Murray (the Republican nominee), was erroneously adjudged to have been elected justice of the peace of the Hickory Flat district in Warren County, Ky., at the general election held Tuesday November 5, 1929.
