MEMORANDUM OPINION

DAVIDSON, District Judge.

This cause comes before the court upon the motion of the defendant Wolverine Tube, Inc. (“Wolverine”) for summary judgment in its favor as against all of the plaintiff’s claims. The plaintiff Carla Boren has filed suit against Wolverine alleging that she was terminated in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq., and that Wolverine is also liable under the state law theories of intentional infliction of emotional distress and wrongful discharge.
