Plaintiff, Danny J. White (“White”), alleges that his former employer, Defendant Boeh-ringer Mannheim Corporation (“BMC”), discriminated against him in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) by failing to accommodate his alleged disabilities, which include hyperlipidemia (high cholesterol), contact dermatitis (allergic skin rash), and lumbosacral strain (back strain).
