MEMORANDUM OPINION

BULLOCK, Chief Judge.

This matter is before the court on appeal from a final judgment entered by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of North Carolina on May 4, 1992, granting summary judgment for Appellee, Judith B. Halverson. The bankruptcy court decreed that Judith Halverson has a secured claim against her former husband’s personal property as evidenced by the lien upon all marital property entered in a prior equitable distribution proceeding in state court.
