T1 The dispositive issue on certiorari is whether the Court of Civil Appeals erred in reversing the trial court's order. We answer in the affirmative.

12 Riggs, Abney, Neal, Turpen, Orbison and Lewis (Law Firm) represented Gayle Nichols (wife or client) in her divorcee case.
