OPINION

BISSETT, Justice.

This is an appeal by Ofelia Zuniga from portions of a judgment rendered in a divorce proceeding.

Ofelia Zuniga, hereinafter referred to as “the wife,” filed suit against Ramiro Zuni- ga, Jr., hereinafter referred to as “the husband,” for divorce, custody of minor children, support for the children, and division of community property. The husband filed a cross-action. Trial was to the court. Judgment was rendered on February 17, 1983.
