The plaintiff, on the 13th of November,. 1942, sued to quiet her title to real estate against a purported judgment lien obtained against her and her former husband in favor of defendant. Defendant answered with certain denials and by way of new matter that on November 25, 1931 defendant obtained judgment against plaintiff and J. H.
