OPINION AND ORDER

DOUMAR, District Judge.

Plaintiff John S. Devnew filed a civil action against his former employer Brown & Brown, Inc. alleging that the termination of his employment breached his employment agreement and violated the public policy of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Defendant filed a motion to dismiss contending that Plaintiff failed to state any claims upon which relief may be granted. For the reasons that follow, Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss is GRANTED and Plaintiffs claims are DISMISSED.
