MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
NICKERSON, District Judge.
Plaintiff Janet Blakeman moves to remand these three actions, Civ. 81-0791 and Civ. 81-0796 to the New York Surrogate’s Court, Nassau County, and Civ. 81-0778 to the New York Supreme Court, Nassau County.
