Corporate plaintiff Intershoe, Inc. (“In-tershoe”) and individual plaintiff Alberto Guarino (“Guarino”), Intershoe’s Chairman of the Board and a major shareholder, alleged in New York Supreme Court various state law claims arising from defendants’ attempt to purchase Intershoe and a related lawsuit against Guarino.
