This is a case in which plaintiff, The National Association for Healthcare Communications, Inc. (“Healthcom”), an Illinois corporation, has sued Central Arkansas Area Agency on Aging, Inc. (“CAAAI,”) 1 a private, non-profit corporation organized under the laws of Arkansas, for unauthorized use of the mark “CARELINK.” The complaint alleges causes of action for unfair competition under 15 U.S.C. § 1125(a) and common law trademark infringement.
