This is an action by a trustee for judicial settlement of its accounts and for other relief. Its only controversial aspect concerns the construction of two inter vivos trust agreements. Question is presented, as to each such agreement, as to the validity of an attempted amendment thereto. The attempted amendments are attacked, in the one case as unauthorized by the original trust instrument, and, in the other, as improperly executed.
