The bill in this case is to compel the specific performance of a contract, and to enforce payment for services hitherto rendered under the contract. The complainant claims that the defendants are hound to enter into a contract with him for five years, by which he is to furnish them with barges, and to remove the night soil from the city, daily, and the defendants are to pay him the sum of $530 per month.
