The Libertarian Party of Ohio (“LPO”) and several of its members, leadership, and/or candidates (“Plaintiffs”) move for summary judgment as to Count Seven of their third amended complaint, ECF No. 188, Mot., ECF No. 338. Ohio Secretary of State Jon A. Husted (“Secretary Husted”) and Gregory A. Felsoci (“Felsoci”) cross-move for summary judgment. ECF Nos. 344 & 345. The motions are ripe for review.
