OPINION

STUBBLEFIELD, P.J.

¶ 1 This is an appeal from order of the district court affirming a determination of *143the Oklahoma Department of Labor that an employee was entitled to certain fringe benefits after she voluntarily terminated her employment. After a review of the record on appeal and applicable law, we affirm.
