CURRAN, District Judge.

Plaintiffs Robin Gardner and Danielle Hedtcke commenced the above-captioned consolidated cases claiming that defendant Frank Romano and defendant Hildegard Artmann, individually and as the personal representative of the estate of her deceased husband Josef Artmann, discriminated against them on the basis of race by refusing to rent apartments to them. The apartments were located in a multifamily complex at 5751 North 94th Street in the City of Milwaukee and had been advertised for rent in the daily newspaper.
