Teresa Greever (Claimant) was found ineligible for unemployment compensation benefits by the Office of Employment Security, the referee and the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board). The referee found Claimant ineligible under Section 402(h)1 of the Unemployment Compensation Law (Law), Act of December 5, 1936, Second Ex. Sess., P.L. (1937) 2897, as amended, 43 P.S. §802 (h).
