I. INTRODUCTION

The matter before the Court is the Trustee’s Objection to Debtors’ Claim of Homestead Exemption (the “Objection”) filed by the Chapter 13 trustee (the “Trustee”) and the Debtors’ Response to Trustee’s Objection to Debtors’ Claim of Homestead Exemption (the “Response”) filed by Jennifer C.
