I. INTRODUCTION

The matter before the Court is the “Objection of Donald R. Lassman, Chapter 7 Trustee, to Debtor’s Claim of Exemption” (the “Objection”) filed by Donald R. Lass-man (the “Trustee”), the Chapter 7 trustee, and the “Debtor’s Opposition and Response to Objection of Donald R.
