MEMORANDUM
CAHN, Chief Judge.
Plaintiffs George and Anne Marie Jung filed a complaint in this court for breach of a homeowner’s insurance contract, seeking reimbursement for a loss of personal property due to vandalism. Plaintiffs also demanded punitive damages pursuant to Pennsylvania’s bad faith statute, 42 Pa.C.S.A. § 8371. Defendants Nationwide Mutual Fire Insurance Company, Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company, and Nationwide Insurance Company (collectively “Nationwide”) now move for partial summary judgment on Plaintiffs’ bad faith claim.
